Hey Cherrypagers, It's MJ (Short for Mockingjay). So, we did this cool thing is science the other week, (yes, it did take me that long) and I figured "Hey, I bet all the peeps at Cherrypage will love this!" (Actually, I really thought "I need something to write a blog on, so what the heck, this'll do until I come up with a better idea."). So, here you go!

                         How to Make Your Own Fossil (and then eat it, too!)

 1.Get something you would like to fossilize

2. You can chose from three things: Amber (honey), Tar (chocolate syrup), or ice (water). Amber looks coolest, Tar tastes best, and ice is the only authentic one.

3. Put your fossil inside your substance of choice, then stick in in the freezer until it, well, freezes. Ice is shortest freezing time (overnight), then tar (about a week, but it's worth it!!!), and amber takes longest (two weeks- looks so cool).
