As I'm sure many of you know, the 4th installment of the Pirates of the Caribean movies came out this weekend. I only recently was introduced to these movies, but I love them already. The plotline at first doesn't seem very good, but I guarantee that these movies are brilliant. The best character in the whole thing is the infamous CAPTAIN Jack Sparrow (Played by Johnny Depp). He provides comic relief and the occasional drunken wisdom. The main plot-line of the first movie is about two lovers, Will Travers (Orlando Bloom) and Elizabeth Swann (Keira Knightly) who find themselves mixed up in an ancient Inca curse that has fell upon a pirate ship and it's crew. Though the romance thing is irritating (especially since Will is so disgustingly perfect that you want to claw his guts out), it's bearable because Captain Sparrow is alway hitting on Elizabeth, which provokes glares from both her and Will. Also, Elizabeth isn't your typical damsel in distress-she's a kick-butt tomboy who's bent on doing what she wants, even if she has to masquerade as a boy and join Capt. Sparrow's crew (2nd movie). Elizabeth: *extremely long and smart explanation that is easy to understand*

2nd Movie:

*Davy Jone's ships approach the Black Pearl (the good guys)*

Jack: *to First Mate* I'll handle this, mate. *steps up and calls across* 'Ey, Fishface! *falls down stairs, gets up* Come to bargain with me, ya slimy git? Well, look what I got! *holds up a jar of dirt, sings in the "na na na naaaaa na" tune* I got a jar of diiiiiiirt, I gotta jar of diiiirt, and guess what's inside it?

3rd Movie:

 Jack: *walks around in the land of the dead, picks up a rock that's actually a crab, throws it in frustration*

Crab: *gets up, walks toward Jack, stops when it's at his feet*

Jack: *looks at "rock" with a O_o face* *picks it up and throws it again*

Crab: *walks to him again*

Jack: *walks away from the crab, turns around and sees a whole "field" of the "rocks"* *faints*
