If you Cherrypagers are anything like me, you have a hard time getting to sleep. Well, here are some things that I do to help myself:

1. This one is guaranteed to work, as long as you do it right, which can be tricky. If you count slowly to 600, than you will have counted for 10 minutes straight. Just close your eyes and count. I know, I know, easier said than done.

2. Imagine the weirdest things you possibly can. Make them seem like dreams. Eventually, you will fall asleep, and sometimes your mind will take over the dream! It's a great way to control your dreams.

3. Just lie there and let your mind wander. Think about what you want to think about. If anything worries you, just convince yourself that there's nothing you can do, you'll just have to remember in the morning. This takes awhile, but you fall asleep eventually.

4. If you're really desperate, get up and read a book, or do something calming. Just make sure the light is on low, because it can trick your mind into thinking that the sun is out and it's daytime, and your brain will try to wake you up.
